No Connection message

My sister's got a 22 GMC Acadia and the bluetooth suddenly quit working. she said she's getting a NO CONNECTION message.

We tried to connect the phone to another car, so we don't think it's the phone? or we could be wrong. Anyone else had the same issue this with their Acadia? Any quick fixes we should try before heading to the dealer?

That happens. Have her forget the car on her phone and the phone on the car, then try pairing them again. If that doesn't do the trick, do a full reset of the infotainment system and restart the phone as well or see if there's a softwaer update available. If all else fails, a trip to the dealer might be needed. Bluetooth can be a bit tricky with some of these

Agree with @TheAcadian, hope you got this resolved already. Mine worked with a full Bluetooth reset but heard that even a battery disconnect for a few minutes will help resolve this
