2021 denali ultimate package adaptive ride control

I have a 2021 Acadia Denali with the Denali Ultimate Package which includes "adaptive ride control". We got the vehicle used and the ride was great. Two years later, the ride is getting worse by the day. Currently we have 53497 miles on the vehicle. We did get an extended service agreement when we bought the car. According to the service advisor at the dealership, that option will be covered and I would like to take advantage of it. The issue that I have, is, what is the wording I should use to trigger/flag the Adaptive Ride Control as faulty?

Very sorry to hear that. I would say be open with the advisor and even though they might try the "normal wear and tear" talk, continue to insist that it's more than just that.
