I've been hearing a weird banging sound on my 2012 Acadia on the driver's side and i can hear it while turning or going over bumps. Anyone has an idea what could the problem be?

It seems like you're dealing with some typical suspension noise. Usually, when you hear that clunk while turning or going over bumps, it's because the sway bar links, ball joints, or tie rods might be wearing out. Given that it's a 2012 Acadia, it's quite common for those parts to start wearing down after all these years. You should take a look to see if there's any play in the front suspension components or if the bushings are damaged. It's better to address it sooner rather than later before it gets any worse
